James Hurley is an emerging contemporary visual artist, who seamlessly blends digital art and photography in Photoshop to explore profound realms of human emotion and transformation. With a background in both digital art and fine art photography (all self-taught), James brings a unique perspective to his craft. His digital creations burst with vibrant colours, intricate details and thought-provoking emotions.
James’s work has been recognised in online gallery’s such as “Light Space and Time” where he reached 2nd place in a photography and digital images exhibition themed Botanicals with multiple other placements between 2018 and 2022. More recently being awarded 2nd place in the D31 Gallery, Doncaster UK, open (2021). During 2023 his work is exhibited in the Old Lock-up Gallery Derbyshire and Holy Art in London
